מדיניות החזרת מוצרים

החזרת מוצר תתאפשר עד 14 יום מתאריך קבלת המוצר או מסמך המסכם את פרטי העסקה, לפי המאוחר ולקבל החזר כספי מלא במידה והמוצר הוחזר באריזתו המקורית ולא חלה הרעה מוחשית במוצר וגם לא נעשה במוצר שימוש כלשהו.

החזר כספי יינתן רק אם המוצר עלה יותר מ-50 ₪. ההחזר הכספי על המוצר שהוחזר לא יהיה מלא והלקוח יישא בדמי ביטול בגובה 5% מעלות המוצר או 100 ₪ – לפי הנמוך מבניהם.

עסקאות בכרטיסי אשראי – תיתכן עמלת ביטול נוספת בגין עמלת סליקה בגובה של עד 2.5% נוספים לדמי הביטול לעיל.

במידה והחזרת המוצר אפשרית על הלקוח לשלוח את המוצר לכתובת החברה (ניתן להיעזר בנו לקבלת הפרטים המלאים) בדמי משלוח נוספים לדמי הביטול לעיל. עלות המשלוח היא באחריות הלקוח. במקרה זה ההחזר הכספי יבוצע לאחר בדיקת תקינות המוצר ואריזתו ולא יאוחר מ-5 ימי עסקים, אישור זה יתקבל למייל הלקוח.

לא ניתן להחזיר מוצרים מכל סוג שהוא שנעשה בהם שימוש ו/או שיוצרו ו/או שנרכשו במיוחד עבור הלקוח או על פי מידותיו ו/או בהתאם לדרישות מיוחדות.

לקוח שהזמין טובין שבגינם בוצעה הזמנה מספק בחו”ל, לא תחול זכות הביטול אם ביקש הלקוח לבטל את העסקה לאחר מועד הפקת הזמנת רכש ו\או אישור ההזמנה ע”י היצרן\ספק.

לא ניתן להחזיר מוצרים שנרכשו לאחר הנחה או שימוש בקופון.

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Products on seasonal sale

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or defected for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, or you could chose to receive store credit.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

-איסוף עצמי מכתובתנו בהוד השרון ללא עלות.

-משלוח לנקודת איסוף בעיר מגוריכם בעלות של 23 ש״ח לחבילה, תוך 3-5 ימי עסקים. עם שירות PickUp מבית UPS. משלוח חינם (אוטומטית) עבור הזמנות מעל 300 ש״ח.
